CODE OF CONDUCT

RESPONSIBILITY OF COACHES :
It is the responsibility of each coach individually and collectively to ensure that the winners Football Training Center Code of Conduct is upheld at all times.
All coaches will :

  1. Be a positive role model.
  2. Build a foundation for future success both in sport and in life.
  3. Create and inspire passion, enjoyment, and respect for the game of football.
  4. Conduct all training sessions in a spirit of enjoyment and learning.
  5. Set high standards of discipline, behavior and sportsmanship.
  6. Show respect to players, other coaches, match officials, parents and spectators.
  7. Never engage in, or tolerate offensive behavior, abusive language and any form of bullying.
  8. Give all people equal opportunities to participate.
  9. Place the well-being, safety and enjoyment of each player above everything.
  10. Explain exactly what is expected of each player and what they can expect in return.
  11. Develop mutual trust and respect with every player to build their self-esteem.
  12. Encourage each player to accept responsibility for their own behavior and performance.
  13. Educate the players to the technical, tactical, physical and psychological demands of the game for their appropriate age level.
  14. Develop the player’s appreciation of the game and strive to help them reach his/her full potential.
  15. Encourage players to strive for excellence through competition.
  16. Communicate with parents.
  17. Communicate with those whom you lead as you would wish to be communicated with by those who lead you.
  18. All The winners ftc equipment and kit must be treated with respect and care.
  19. Coaches are requested to be punctual at all times.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS :

The role of the winners Football Training Center parent is a crucial one. Your support will enable your child to have a fun and successful season. We encourage you to work with all the coaches and the winners’ staff throughout the season as we strive to provide a positive learning experience for all players.

All of us we can work together to create a fun, Success, safe environment for all : 

  1. Encourage your child to treat other players, coaches, fans and officials with respect, regardless of age, race, sex, creed, or ability. 
  2. Remain outside the training field at all times.
  3. Provide support for coaches and officials working with your child to provide a positive, enjoyable experience for all. Do your best to make sports fun for your child.
  4. Encourage Your Child to Practice at Home on Their Own
  5. Ensure your son/daughter arrives with the appropriate kit and equipment.
  6. Each member of our academy is important to the success of the team. Help your child learn the value of commitment by supporting your child and their team by arriving at training and games on time and communicating with your coach in advance if you will be late or absent.
  7. Please share your concerns or comments directly with the coach.
  8. Schedule appropriate times to talk with the coach, sport psychologist and/or academy staff. Do not approach your coach after a practice unless you scheduled a meeting to do so.
  9. Give the coaches 24 hours before contacting them following a game.
  10. Communicate in an honest and respectful manner with the coaches and the academy.
  11. Speak directly to your coach about any concerns you may have and refrain from negative talk with others who are not part of the solution.
  12. Avoid coaching any child during the game
  13. Show respect towards the match officials and their decisions
  14. Show respect towards the opposition
  15. Show respect towards the winners’ coaches and players
  16. Encourage and help the winners Player meet targets, including this Code of Conduct.

  18. Communicate with the winners staff, keeping them informed about matters affecting the winners Player.
  19. Stay off the pitch and do not interfere. Let the referee deal with any situations on the field of play.
  20. Do not coach from the sidelines or shout at a child if they make a mistake.
  21. Do not use foul or abusive language towards players, officials or spectators.
  22. Enjoy watching the game whether your team win or lose.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PLAYERS

The winners believes in the following code of conduct. This code represents a competitive sport philosophy that will allow us to succeed at the game of soccer. We believe that soccer belongs to its players and should always be to their enjoyment. We believe that all players as well as parents, guests and coaches must adhere to these standards of good sportsmanship.

All of us we can work together to create a fun, Success, safe environment for all : 

  1. Behave in a positive manner and show respect for yourselves, other players, coaches, the winners staff, parents and match officials.
  2. Behave in a manner that does not cause other players discomfort or disappointment.
  3. Shake hands with opposing players at the end of a match and thank their coaches.
  4. Listen to coaches’ advice and instructions.
  5. Have a desire to learn and improve.
  6. Be prepared to speak to coaches and ask questions at the right time.
  7. Arrive on time (5-10 minutes before the start of the session).
  8. I will work very hard, have fun, and will be fair at all times.
  9. I will act in a cooperative manner with my coach, manager, referees and team-mate.
  10. I will understand and obey the rules of the games.
  11. I will respect the coaches, officials, parents and all players regardless of race, religion,gender or athletic ability.
  12. I will always do my best.
  13. I will always play by the rules of the tournaments or matches and the laws of the game.
  14. I will never intentionally become involved in acts of foul play.
  15. I will work for the good of my team.
  16. I will always participate for my own enjoyment and benefit.
  17. I will accept the decision of game officials and coaches though I may not always agree with the decision. Talking back to coaches or any official is not acceptable.
  18. I will be generous when I win and gracious when I lose.
  19. I will shake hands with and thank the opposition at the end of the game no matter what the outcome.
  20. I will care for and respect the facilities and equipment made available to me during training and competition.( Respect the facility and equipment being used )
  21. I will not use or promote the use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs at any time.
  22. I will attend the required number of practices/games in-line with the winners ftc attendance Policy.
  23. I will keep my skill level at the level of my team or strive to improve it to a better level.
  24. I will do my homework and other school activities to a very high standard and complete them to avoid interfering with soccer practices and games.
  25. I will let my coach know as soon as possible if I will be late or miss my practice or game.
  26. I will always bring any necessary facilities in my trainings and any official games.
  27. Make every effort to develop their own sporting abilities, in terms of skill, technique, tactics and stamina.
  28. Give maximum effort and strive for the best possible performance during a game, even if his team is in a position where the desired result has already been achieved.
